Working process:

1. Preparation: Before operating the veneer hot press, first prepare the workbench and hot press plate. The material to be bonded is cut and treated to ensure that its dimensions and surface quality meet the requirements.

2. Stacking materials: Stack the materials to be bonded on the workbench according to the design requirements. According to the need to choose the appropriate adhesive, coating a thin layer of glue on the surface of the material to enhance the bonding effect.

3. Preheating: The stacked material is preheated by heat transfer medium such as electric heating rod or heating tube. The temperature and time of preheating are determined according to the characteristics and requirements of the material to make the surface of the material reach a certain temperature.

4. Apply pressure: After the preheating is completed, use the hydraulic system or pneumatic system to apply pressure. The hot press plate begins to move, transferring pressure to the material to be bonded. The amount of pressure needs to be adjusted according to the characteristics of the material.

5. Pressing process: With the increase of pressure, the hot press plate will gradually contact the surface of the material stacking layer. During the pressing process, the temperature and pressure are continuously increased for better hot pressing and bonding.

6. Maintenance time: After a certain maintenance time, the material will bond under high temperature and high pressure to form a firm bond.

7. Cooling: After bonding is completed, turn off the heating system and let the material gradually cool. During the cooling process, it is necessary to cool at an appropriate speed to prevent internal stress and deformation of the material.

8. Take out the product: After the material has cooled to room temperature, you can open the door of the veneer hot press and take out the composite material product that has been formed.
