It is forbidden to arbitrarily change the hydraulic pipeline and electric control wiring, do not arbitrarily adjust the handwheel of each valve, do not arbitrarily open the fuel tank and air filter cover, if necessary, it needs to be handled by professionals.

9. When the temperature of the hydraulic tank of the press exceeds 50 ° C, a cooler is needed. Hydraulic oil with higher viscosity should be selected in summer, and hydraulic oil with lower viscosity should be selected in winter. When the temperature in the hydraulic tank of the compressor reaches 65 ° C, the high temperature of the mouth on the hydraulic pump housing shall not exceed 75~85 ° C, otherwise it should be stopped.

10. When placing molds and workpieces on the active platform, pay attention to centering and prohibit bias!

11. Adhere to the cleaning of the press, the force is uniform, and the residue on the surface of the template is carefully eliminated in time to avoid reducing the quality of the product when used.

12. In normal use, the changes of veneer and steel plate are often investigated, if there are abnormalities, timely analysis and treatment, if there is pollution, timely cleaning of steel plate.

13. When the printing press is continuously operated for 12 hours, it must be operated after an interval of 4 hours.

14. If abnormal sound is found, stop the machine in time, the machine shall not run with illness, and the fault shall be eliminated in time.

15. In the production process, special attention should be paid to the cleaning of the table machine, to avoid oil, debris and iron pieces falling on the board by mistake, to avoid the formation of waste board and table damage accidents.
