(1) The slab of thin wood, if there are multiple layers, then it should be in the veneer hot press, in addition, the pressure speed should not be too fast, otherwise, it can not let the thin wood stretch. However, from the time of pressure boost to closure, it should not exceed 2 minutes, so as to avoid problems such as early solidification of the rubber layer in the thin wood. For each laminate, the thickness of the slab shall not exceed 2 or 3 mm.

(2) If the adhesive thickness of thin wood is 0.2 to 0.3 mm, then, in order to avoid cracks after hot pressing through the veneer hot press, a layer of formaldehyde solution can be sprayed or painted on the surface of thin wood before hot pressing, and the solution concentration is 5%-10%. Also, the perimeter of the thin wood, in particular, should be paid attention to, because, this part, simply presents the problem.

2. Veneer hot press, if the cylinder can not be raised after falling, what is the reason?

In the veneer hot press, if the above problems appear, then there are several reasons, the need to investigate one by one. First of all, it is to see whether the solenoid valve is powered on. Secondly, it is to see whether there is a stuck problem in the solenoid valve. If it is not a problem with the solenoid valve, then see if there is a problem with the oil circuit of the hot press. If there is, it should be dealt with in a timely manner so that the problem can be fully dealt with.
