The molding press is a special shoe-making equipment that combines vulcanization, pressing and molding of soles. The press has active program control function and advanced and reliable hydraulic system. The mold press can realize active constant temperature, active vent, active demoulding and active control time. Mechanical connecting rod mechanism is selected to ensure that the shoes will not be moldy, ungumming and degumming during the vulcanization process. When the piston is at the bottom, the hydraulic system injects hydraulic oil through the compensation pump. The gas enters the membrane cavity through the inlet inlet valve under the inlet pressure, and the reverse barrier is pushed to the bottom of the membrane cavity. The chamber is filled with gas. As the crankshaft rotates, the piston moves from the bottom to the top. Pressure increases in the hydraulic oil system. When the hydraulic oil pressure reaches the compressed gas pressure, the barrier will move to the top of the chamber to compress the gas. This system is a 'gas contraction system'.

The hydraulic oil system consists of a crankshaft, a piston and a connecting rod driven by an electric motor. The piston reciprocates to generate hydraulic oil pressure and push the bottom barrier towards the gas side, thereby tightening the gas and expelling it. Another component of the hydraulic system is the compensation pump, check valve and pressure regulating valve to ensure that the hydraulic oil system is always full of hydraulic oil during the tightening cycle.

During the tightening process, the check valve blocks the hydraulic oil from the compensation pump to avoid the backflow of hydraulic oil. At the same time, the pressure regulating valve controls the hydraulic oil pressure, thus constituting the pressure of the hydraulic oil system. This system is the "hydraulic oil system".

The die press is a combination of two systems - hydraulic oil system and gas compression system. A metal diaphragm separates the two parts completely. Gas tightening system: The gas tightening system consists of three layers of metal diaphragm and gas inlet and outlet valves.
